The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World (SOFI 2020) was launched in July.
The report is presented by the Food and Agriculture Organization on the United Nations, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the United Nations Children’s Fund, World Food Programme and the World Health Organization.
The report includes a special focus on transforming food systems for affordable healthy diets, analysing the cost and affordability of healthy diets around the world. The report also offers policy recommendations to transform current food systems and make them able to deliver affordable healthy diets for all. SOFI 2020 gauges whether #ZeroHunger remains achievable by 2030. It tracks countries performance and trajectory.
