The European Commission set up the European Community of Practice on Partnership (ECoPP) for the period 2021-2027 with the objectives to promote the exchange of good practices and further foster the quality of partnership in the implementation of European funds across Europe.
On 16 February 2023, over 150 representatives from NGOs, Managing Authorities, social and economic partners, research organisations, and universities gathered in Brussels for the second Plenary Meeting of the ECoPP. In a keynote speech, Elisa Ferreira, Commissioner for Cohesion Policy and Reforms, reiterated the tasks of the group, which comprise the facilitation of the exchange of experience with regard to partnership and the review of the application and functioning of the European Code of Conduct, among others.
As a member of the community, FEBA participated to gain insights into the activities of the six different sub-groups as well as the upcoming work programme.
