Alongside Jean COTTAVE, President of the Fédération Française des Banques Alimentaires, he toured Banque Alimentaire de la Sarthe (local Food Bank in Sarthe, France).
They presented the organisation and its activities during a visit to the warehouse, the vegetable processing area, and the portioning workshop. This facilitated in-depth discussions on the model of Banques Alimentaires and the challenges of the future. The visit extended to the Panier Changéen, a social grocery store partnered with Banques Alimentaires, providing Esteban Arriaga with insights into the operations of solidarity grocery stores.
