Delivery of food and hygiene products from Moldova to Ukraine
On Saturday, 5 March, FEBA new Associate Member Banca de Alimente Moldova sent a batch of food and hygiene products to Caritas Odessa UGCC, which supports families with children as well as elderly people affected by the war in Ukraine. Among others, the delivery comprised cookies, canned beans, water, and baby wipes.
Lidl Romania donates food for the Ukrainian Food Bank
On 10 March, two vans of food donated by Lidl to Banca pentru Alimente Roman left Romania with as destination Chernivtsi in Ukraine. Kyiv City Charity Foundation “Food Bank” picked up the food and will redistribute it to people in need.
