For the first time in 40 years, the Banques Alimentaires have launched a direct food aid initiative: the RAYON®. This new network aims to make food aid more accessible, varied, and socially inclusive. The RAYON® targets those facing financial hardship, offering affordable food, hygiene, and cleaning products at up to 90% off. From 6 February 2025, more details will be available about this initiative, including its various forms like social grocery stores and mobile food trucks.
