From 3 to 4 October 2024, FEBA hosted its EU Working Group members in Brussels.
The agenda included discussions on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and its implications for corporate sustainability reporting. Attendees also received a briefing from FEBA CEO, Esteban Arriaga, followed by a presentation on FareShare UK’s Surplus with Purpose project and the Where is the Food? campaign.
On the second day, the focus shifted to the Global Food Donation Policy Atlas and the formulation of FEBA’s policy priorities for the coming year.
FEBA was pleased to welcome representatives from Austria, Ireland, Italy, France, Hungary, Spain, Malta, Greece, and the UK.
