FEBA President, Mr Jacques Vandenschrik, was interviewed by La Première (Belgian national radio) about FoodAidUkraine Campaign.
“During my meetings with government authorities in Ukraine, it was explicitly stated that any money arriving in Ukraine would be allocated to defense. I fear strongly that if all this money is transferred as is, there will be very little left for humanitarian aid. I believe that we are the guarantors of a proper use of the funds that could be made available to us, in order to continue and intensify assistance to the civilian population.”
