On 29 June 2023 the ESF+ Community of Practice on Material Support organised the online meeting “FEAD becoming a part of ESF+: new developments, opportunities and challenges” . The session focused on presentations by different stakeholders as well as open discussions about the current difficulties of the participants. The event was opened with a presentation from DG EMPL on the results of FEAD and the characteristics of the ESF+ addressing material deprivation 2021-2027. This was followed by various case studies from the Managing Authority in Portugal and some NGOs. The floor was then opened to discuss how the changes in this transition are affecting the participants.
