On 29 May 2023, Banco Alimentare celebrated an important anniversary in collaboration with PwC Italia: 20 years of Siticibo! The programme for the recovery of fresh and cooked food from the distribution sector and food service. Everything started with the recovery of three “cotoletta alla milanese” and four potato croquettes. This celebration was the occasion to toast achievements and imagine future scenarios.
