On November 11th , Arla and FEBA announced their partnership to reduce food waste among Arla production- and distribution sites in Europe. Arla is a Danish dairy cooperative who already donates surplus food to the Danish food bank (Foedevarebanken)
“It is important for Arla to help in the effort to reduce food waste. We are happy to work with partners such as FEBA and their members, which enables us to donate surplus products to charity via professional partners in our different market and pursue our environmental targets,” says Kristian Østerling Eriknauer, Vice President of Corporate Responsibility at Arla.
