Facing the serious pandemic that is plaguing our country, at the request of HM Queen Doña Sofía, the Fundación Reina Sofía will allocate to the Spanish Federation of Food Banks (FESBAL) an extraordinary economic donation destined to the urgent purchase of 265,000 liters of milk to distribute among the associated Food Banks in FESBAL.
The generous donation of the Reina Sofía Foundation comes to respond to the current social emergency situation to ensure not only the activity of the Food Banks that we have federated in this new scenario of health problems, but also to help in the dairy feeding of 1,1 million people in need whom we are currently able to help, including 214,770 children.
